The company is looking for highly motivated energetic person for the position of Office Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain excellent office team environment.
• Organize office operations and procedures.
• Organize office space and supply of office/employee equipment.
• Maintain office inventory (in and out), equipment handover to/from employees.
• Responsible for treasury - bank accounts, receivables and payables, wiring, salaries.
• Before 25th of each month prepare monthly aggregate Employee and Office expenses report.
• Manage the recruitment and departure process (agencies (if any), ads, schedule meetings, evaluation, job offers, hiring, layoff, resignation).
• Organize employee and customer trips (flight tickets, hotel reservation, visa, currency allocation), trainings and visits (logistics, facility, escort).
• Keep track of employees work schedule and location.
• Manage employees vacation schedule
• Help Opencode employees to establish in/out the country.
• Responsible for Opencode branding of the office.
• Responsible for office correspondence and documentation.
• Manage office landlord {and other landlords if any).
• Manage office cleaning and other office suppliers.
• Legally represent the company where needed, liaise with institutions, agencies and organizations.
• Forward office number to mobile, answer and relay office calls.
• To support active the hiring process of new employees for OC.. Office, as well as to carry out the instructions of Opencode’s HR.
• Perform other related duties as required and per current needs.
• Reporting to the Country Manager and HO Administration Director.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of office administration and human resource management.
• Excellent service skills, must be assertive and approachable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• English is a must, second foreign language is an advantage.
• Ability to plan, execute, manage and deliver tasks on time, on budget.
• Attention to details and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to handle parallel tasks and deadlines in timely manner.
• Ability to delegate, coach and motivate office colleagues.
• Ability to work in international environment.
• Ability to learn new technologies.
• Organizational, teamwork and teambuilding skills.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.
• Computer and Internet skills (ms office, internet, online and offline tools).
