We are looking for highly motivated energetic person for the position of C++ Developer. This challenging position will put you in contact with the most dynamic mobile operators and industry experts.

Responsibilities:
• Participating in design and development of software products for telecom industry.
• Writing good-quality code and relevant documentation.
• Maintain and enhance existing software.
• Ensuring project delivery on time.
• Working internally with other teams.

Requirements:
• Education in Computer Science and Informatics or related.
• Strong analytical skills.
• 2 years experience in C++ programming.
• Knowledge of OOP.
• Experience with STL and Boost.

Due to expanding its activities the company is looking for highly motivated energetic person for the position of Linux System Administrator.

Responsibilities:
- Project Engineering (installation, integration, testing, commissioning, live activation)
- Account Engineering (live support, helpdesk, change requests, customer technical follow-up)
- Operational Support (system monitoring, heath-care, preventive maintenance, training)
- Emergency Support (first level emergency, incident reporting and follow-up, first level support includes requirement to be on-call on a 24 hours / 7 days a week basis as and when required)
- To be at customer site as and when required to provide necessary technical support.
- Ensure MOP and approval prior to implementation.
- Ensure work on-time delivery
- Work internally with project and product managers and teams
- Help build, maintain strong customer relationships through kind and professional communication
- Ensure full Customer satisfaction while preserving the Company reputation
- Pre-sales Support (upon availability participate in sales tenders, proposals and meetings)
- Ability to grow as the team grows

Requirements:
- Nationality and residence: Bangkok, Thailand
- English is a must, second language is an advantage
- 2+ years of Computer and/or Telecom Engineering
- Very good knowledge in Linux System Administration
- Very Good DB and SQL background, MySQL administration and maintenance
- Very Good background in networking and LAN technology
- Very Good SS7 signaling network knowledge and expertize
- Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to work in international environment
- Ability to learn new technology and use it
- Ability to work with schedules and deadlines
- Teamwork skills, can-do attitude, must be assertive and approachable

Main Responsibilities:
• Analysis of the customer requirements and identification of potential gaps
• Preparation and execution of test books and test cases
• Testing services for correctness based on the specifications agreed with the client
• Checking compliance of the service documentation
• Analysis of clients' reported software bugs and identifying the root cause of the reported issues
• Develop and implement moderately complex test plans and test cases
• Participate in special or customer-specific projects as assigned and implement Quality Assurance efforts
• Propose improvements
• Report to QA team leader
• Report to Country Manager
• Work closely with the customer for identifying and resolving service gaps

Requirements:
• Education in Computer Science and Informatics or related
• Good knowledge in Quality Assurance and Control
• Understanding of DB theory, algorithms, etc.
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge in programming language
• Experience in Linux/Unix environment
